Since you come right to my home, how does a typical mobile tattoo removal appointment work?
Once you make an appointment, all you have to do is wait for your laser technician to show up. Once they arrive, they'll review the process and address any questions or concerns you may have with getting laser treatment. The technician will then go over the paperwork so that you have a complete understanding of the service and costs associated with your treatment. The technician will be equipped with the laser as well as other materials to give you the best possible treatment experience. The only thing we ask of you is to prepare a practical place at your discretion to perform the treatment.
The laser treatment begins by the technician cleaning the area where the tattoo is; this is followed up with the client deciding on whether they'd like a numbing cream applied to make the treatment go more smoothly. If numbing cream is applied, then the laser treatment will take a little bit longer, with the total appointment being anywhere from 15 to 45 minutes, including aftercare.
What are your prices like, and do you offer payment plans or packages?
Our prices are affordable and competitive, and our clients benefit from the savings of not having to spend valuable time and money on travelling to an expensive spa. We do provide payment plans and packages that can be discussed and tailor-made to you and your specific needs.
Is laser tattoo removal safe, and can I expect it to fully remove my tattoo?
With a certified technician, laser tattoo removal is safe and effective in getting rid of unwanted tattoos. Laser tattoo removal can often lead to complete or near-complete removal, but it's not guaranteed for every tattoo, as results depend heavily on ink colour, age, location, skin type, and the specific laser technology used. While many tattoos fade significantly or disappear entirely, some ink may remain, especially certain colours like green, yellow, or white are often more stubborn.
Is laser removal painful and what can I expect?
Not going to lie; it does hurt but it's not unbearable as it's often described as a hot rubber band snapping against the skin or tiny pinpricks, but pail levels are manageable with techniques like numbing creams, air cooling, and pain relievers, with many finding it less painful than getting a tattoo itself. Discomfort depends on tattoo location (more on bony areas), size, ink colour, and individual pain tolerance, but modern methods and pain management make it tolerable, with temporary redness and soreness common after treatment.
